Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead and manage technical aspects of manufacturing automation.
- Design, install, and monitor automation processes for efficiency and safety.
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety compliance.
Required Skills
- Mechanical and Electrical / PLC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Programming and software development, particularly for robotic systems and PLCs.
- Strong shop floor troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing and with Union operators.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven experience with robotics and automation applications.
