Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop new P&C product opportunities and support the decision framework process.
- Oversee end-to-end product development for target strategic markets.
- Create digital-first products and enhance existing offerings.
- Analyze data to drive product strategy and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks effectively.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
- Research and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience in product development and deployment.
- Strong communication skills for guiding teams and stakeholders.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record in product development and coordinating product suites.
- Experience in state management, pricing, or claims is preferred.
