Job Duties and Scopes:
- Administer portions of the organization's budget for various funds.
- Analyze spending trends, obligations, expenditures, and reimbursements.
- Certify, monitor, and track commitments and obligations for assigned accounts.
- Utilize financial management systems like GFEBS and Defense Travel System.
Required Skills:
- Financial policy and regulation application.
- Proficient in automated financial management systems.
- Report preparation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Experiences:
- GG-12: One year of specialized experience in financial management.
- GG-11: One year of experience in budget reporting and execution or advanced education in a relevant field.
- Volunteer experience also qualifies.
