Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Support Project Manager/Director in project management activities.
- Manage budget and project schedules.
- Track and modify project progress and budgets.
- Communicate daily with clients and project teams.
- Assist in plan reviews and inspections, move-in activities, and report preparation.

2. Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills in scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- General understanding of design and construction processes.
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Junior/Assistant Project Manager role.
