Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Monitor and assess risk related to Receivables and new customer requests.
- Lead a team of AR Specialists and ensure professional collections and cash applications.
- Develop and promote an engaging work environment and proper training programs.
- Analyze customer financial documents to determine credit exposure and manage approvals.
- Complete month-end reporting and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Leadership, verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Financial competence and ability to work independently.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in relevant areas.
