Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to AWS customers, including small- to enterprise-level accounts.
- Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve customer issues and implement strategies for AWS service adoption.
- Provide strategic technical guidance and ensure customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy.

Required Skills
- Strong technical acumen in cloud technologies (e.g., EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent customer-facing skills for engaging senior leadership and driving discussions.
- Ability to advocate for customers and understand their technical challenges.

Required Experiences
- Experience in a technical advisory or support role within cloud computing.
- Proven track record of relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 10% or more as needed.
