Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead communication and engagement activities for the Federal Services Unit (FSU).
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and multimedia content.
- Consult with sales teams to create communication plans and support conference planning.
- Track campaign effectiveness and manage staff activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in complex marketing and communications campaigns.
- Knowledge of communication tools (e.g., social media, website management).
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Leadership abilities and collaboration skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
