Job Duties and Scopes
- Design and develop applications for TikTok's monetization capital business (e.g., advertising billing, fund management).
- Resolve platform stability challenges, including high concurrency and scalability.
- Optimize the system to support rapid business evolution and development.
Required Skills
- Strong coding and documentation proficiency.
- Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, Flink, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and RPC.
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of hands-on software development experience, especially with Java.
