Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead risk coverage of trading book(s) and oversee daily MTM and P&L attribution.
- Develop systems, processes, and controls for effective risk management.
- Identify and escalate issues with senior traders.
- Define and monitor risk controls alongside the Market Risk team.
- Manage and mentor a team of risk managers and oversee recruitment.
- Collaborate on Global Risk projects.
Required Skills

Required Experiences
- 5-10 years in Product Control, Market Risk, or similar roles.
- Experience specifically in crude oil.
- Proven team management experience.
