Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and prospects.
- Identify customer pain points and offer consultative solutions.
- Deliver presentations and product demos, both live and remotely.
- Manage RFI & RFP responses and lead proofs of concept.
- Analyze customer requirements and perform systems integration.
- Establish trust as an advisor to customers and collaborate with Account Managers.
