Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Enhance internal workflow and digital marketing operations through automation and optimization.
- Manage tools, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data quality in lead routing activities.
- Collaborate with UX and leadership to refine processes, reporting, and presentations.
- Create data stories and act as liaison between stakeholders and operations team.
- Develop campaign pilots and participate in company goal achievement.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Data storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and concepts (e.g., KPIs, customer journey mapping).
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 5-7 years of operations experience in marketing or a related field.
- Direct marketing experience with operational insights, preferably in B2B.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
