Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Supervise and perform field service and installations at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry specifications.
- Communicate job progress and issues to Project Managers regularly.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide after-hours emergency service as needed.
Required Skills
- Expertise in cabling infrastructure installation and testing.
- Knowledge of high-speed circuits, routers, and switches.
- Proficient in operating basic hand and power tools.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Required Experiences
- Experience working with sub-contractors.
- In-depth experience in installations and servicing telephone and security systems.
- Familiarity with network equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license.
- Up to 80% travel may be required based on project demands.
