- Champion user needs for product enhancements.
- Manage Phone, Video, Chat, Text, and Digital engagement solutions.
- Maintain product documentation and performance metrics.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract management.
- Recommend product improvements and technology advancements.
- Understand operational processes for seamless functionality.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Business or related).
- Digital Product Owner experience.
- Familiarity with Phone, Chat, Video systems, or SaaS.
Required Experiences:
- 1-3 years in Financial Institution/Technology.
