Job Duties
- Ensure successful launch of new and existing food items
- Act as liaison between various teams (Culinary, Production, Sales, etc.)
- Design and execute tests, analyze data, and communicate results
- Lead interdisciplinary projects on product development and cost improvement
- Provide technical support and resolve process issues
- Collaborate on new products, equipment, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement in product development
