Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Coordinate updates of professional biographies for managers and partners.
- Drive social media content planning and execution on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Write, edit, and proof copy for digital campaigns, website, and client email communications.
- Manage award nominations and assist with internal communications projects.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in AP style; excellent project management abilities.
- Social media savvy and adaptability in content style and tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign and web content management systems is a plus.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B writing and strategic social media.
- Experience in professional services (e.g., accounting or law) preferred.
- Experience working across organizational levels, from senior partners to support teams.
