Job Summary:

- Own GL's customer segmentation product; generate insights for adoption growth strategy.
- Partner with Finance to create investment theses for growth initiatives.
- Set and drive growth goals for GL's 3P import business.
- Contribute to long-term planning and leadership narratives for adoption opportunities.
- Lead investment prioritization for cross-functional growth initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management and strategy definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature trade-offs.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, computer science, etc.).
- 5+ years in product/program management or related fields.
- Experience influencing senior leadership with data insights.
- Previous ownership of technology products and growth initiatives.
