Job Summary:

- Lead development of next-gen mobile app and AI experiences for members.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features for the Virta app.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI, etc.).
- Drive member adoption and engagement through data-driven insights.
- Innovate from concept to launch using experimentation and iteration.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze user data and product analytics.
- Experience in experimentation and hypothesis testing.
- Passion for creativity and innovation in product development.
- Familiarity with AI products in consumer applications (preferred).
Required Experiences
- 8+ years in product management or related role.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing applications focusing on behavior change.
- Track record of driving product development amidst ambiguity and complexity.
