Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and lead Red Team program, including staff hiring and training.
- Conduct simulated cyberattacks and report findings to senior IT leadership.
- Oversee threat and vulnerability management and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage cybersecurity engineering collaboration with IT and business leaders.
- Create management reports on departmental activities and key metrics.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of information risk concepts.
- Deep knowledge of security standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Required Experiences:
- Over 7 years of IT experience.
- At least 5 years in Information Security or Red Team role.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Extensive experience managing technical teams directly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems; preferred M.B.A. or M.S. in Information Security.
