Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Provide comprehensive risk management support to assigned business unit(s).
- Ensure compliance with risk program requirements (SOX, RCSA, FRRC, ECRA).
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks; develop mitigating controls and documentation.
- Facilitate audits and complete annual control self-assessments.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, project management, and process facilitation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication; relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and risk/control competencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically more than six years of relevant experience.
