Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Oversee the development and maintenance of systems for Engineering and Construction team.
- Drive technical direction and support for Engineering and Construction applications.
- Document, design, test, and implement strategies for Network Systems.
- Ensure alignment of application and process goals.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis post system outages.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in JIRA, SQL, and Agile processes.
- Technical troubleshooting and bug resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, Fiber, and PON networks.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and PL/SQL development.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's in Network Technology/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years in telecom, software development lifecycle, and technical project management.
- Experience with UAT testing and application-specific tools (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD).
- Demonstrated crisis management experience and program/project management capability.
