Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage property management takeover processes and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct property evaluations to identify issues and improvements.
- Gather and review documentation related to leases and financial records.
- Maintain vendor relations for service continuity.
- Coordinate staff training sessions on management policies.
- Act as primary contact for owners and tenants during transitions.
- Prepare reports on the takeover process and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
