Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage account teams and ensure quality delivery of client work.
- Produce social-first copy and creative content; support weekly social media calendars.
- Build client relationships and support new business efforts.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
- Ability to mentor and manage team members.
Required Experiences:
- 5-6 years of client-facing digital experience, preferably in social media.
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with B2B technology and digital health brands is a plus.
- Proven management experience of program strategy and direct reports.
