Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage omnichannel marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Sales departments.
- Measure and report on digital marketing performance and ROI.
- Organize events to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and optimize customer loyalty programs.
Required Skills
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years in digital marketing and 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with campaign management and development.
- Familiarity with traditional and emerging marketing strategies.
- Agency experience is a plus.
