- Manage targeted marketing offers for the Retail Bank to existing customers across online and offline channels.
- Oversee project requirements, marketing package development, and offer implementation.
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and improve process efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of customer-centric marketing techniques.
- Proficient in quantitative and analytical techniques, including SQL; SAS experience a plus.
- Ability to consult on technical design with non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively.
Required Experiences
- 5-8 years in digital or database marketing, preferably in financial services.
- Experience analyzing marketing efforts and managing direct marketing campaigns.
- Background in consumer lending or vendor management preferred.
