Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Monitor and assess company risk related to receivables and new customer requests.
- Lead a team of AR Specialists, ensuring timely collections and cash applications.
- Analyze customer financial documents for credit exposure.
- Complete month-end reporting and provide recommendations for reserves.
- Establish departmental policies and foster employee engagement.

Required Skills
- Leadership ability to train and direct staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial competence.
- Ability to work independently.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in finance or related area.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time.
