Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Consult with Product Engineers to develop secure and reliable software.
- Maintain and develop infrastructure services (load balancers, databases).
- Author and optimize Terraform code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing on SRE fundamentals.
- Participate in a support rotation during business hours.
2. Required Skills:
- Expertise in software development and automation.
- Proficient in AWS, Terraform, Docker, CircleCI, and networking.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
3. Required Experiences:
- 5-10 years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience with containerized software development and multi-tenant environments.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (pharmaceuticals/biotech is a plus).
