Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead the Value Engineering (VE) and Risk Management team.
- Assist in developing strategic visions and tactical plans.
- Manage workshare, project assignments, and facilitate VE and risk workshops.
- Participate in business development and project proposal efforts.
- Travel nationally to support project delivery.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Value Engineering for major infrastructure projects.
- Proven success in leading cost and schedule risk analysis workshops.
