Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage the integrity and confidentiality of corporate documents and patient information.
- Organize Risk Management meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Oversee the incident reporting process and assist in developing risk management policies.
- Deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness among staff.
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety committees.
2. Required Skills:
- College-level written and oral communication.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and risk management software.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum two-year college degree or four to five years in a similar role.
- Equivalent experience and/or education recognized.
