Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Implement digital marketing strategies to engage patients and community members.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate social media, online reputation management, and online advertising.
- Understand the organization’s brand and mission for accurate representation.
- Research and stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
- Monitor social media effectiveness and report metrics to leadership.
- Manage online information pages and respond to community comments.

2. Required Skills:
- Proficient in basic computer operations and popular social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a creative storytelling ability.
- Capability to capture photos and videos.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of marketing and/or social media work experience.
