Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MDR market.
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Utilize consultative selling to tailor solutions for clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and track progress.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, especially in threat detection and response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Required Experiences:
- 5-7 years in sales with a track record in cybersecurity, specifically MDR services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools is preferred.
