Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead Quality Food Safety department, promoting safety, inclusion, and accountability.
- Educate bakery associates on Food Safety and enforce policies.
- Oversee Quality, Food Safety, and Sanitation programs with audits and inspections.
- Manage document control for bakery documentation.
- Lead third-party audits (e.g., SQF, AIB).
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN tools and 5S.
Required Skills:

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar
- GFSI, PCQI, HACCP certifications
- 5-7 years in Quality/Food Safety in food production
