Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Increase efficiency and maintain financial organization of electrical projects.
- Prepare permits, schedules, and project strategies for startup.
- Manage budgets, change orders, and billing processes.
- Track subcontractor performance and material coordination.
- Execute project closeout tasks and documentation.
- Uphold company values: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Accubid.
- Solid interpersonal skills for dynamic work environments.
- Strong motivation and attention to detail.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of project controls/coordination experience; 5 years in electrical project management.
- Experience with electrical projects valued at $12M or more.
- Proven ability to manage over 100 employees and multiple projects simultaneously.
