Job Summary:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity standards for manufacturing environments.
- Analyze OT architecture and integrate cybersecurity measures.
- Develop OT-specific documentation and assess security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor networks for security breaches.
- Maintain incident response plans and conduct employee training on cybersecurity best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection, etc.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of NIST, ISA/IEC frameworks, and OT security controls.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in information security, IT, or ICS engineering.
- Experience in OT/ICS environment and knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
