Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead R&D team to enhance quality of ingredients/products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, etc.).
- Design and conduct experiments; evaluate new ingredients.
- Analyze ingredients and finished products in the lab.
- Develop and validate laboratory test methods.
- Write detailed reports and ensure food safety compliance.
