Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage and oversee the lifecycle of innovation projects from ideation to execution.
- Create detailed project plans and define timelines.
- Lead change management initiatives for new processes and systems.
- Serve as a liaison between finance stakeholders and I-FIT.

2. Required Skills:
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Scrum).
- Knowledge of innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking).

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
- 4-8+ years of project and outcome-based work experience, preferably in finance or innovation-related fields.
