Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage technology stack for client service
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, application, and network
- Manage incident calls with IT and infrastructure teams
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve support issues
- Identify improvement opportunities (automation, resiliency, observability)
- Participate in global production support model and on-call rotations
- Ensure consistent procedures among global teams
Required Skills:
- UNIX/LINUX knowledge
- Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, JavaScript)
- Relational databases (SQL, Sybase, DB2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with SRE principles
Required Experience:
- 1 to 5 years in production support
- Troubleshooting application issues
- Exposure to observability tools
- Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, Agile
- Experience in cloud/distributed computing (desirable)
