Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations related to grants, OTAs, Cooperative Agreements, and commercial procurements.
- Monitor procurement activities and update policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Oversee grants and cooperative agreements management.
- Develop and deliver training on compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Expertise in procurement compliance and regulations.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of grant management processes.
- Familiarity with compliance training and development.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in procurement or compliance focused on grants and OTAs.
- Experience with federal and state regulations affecting procurement practices.
