Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Ensure compliance with HR and safety policies and regulations.
- Communicate HR/Safety policies to team members and management.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Track applicant processes, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in workplace injury investigations and safety programs.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledge of labor laws and OSHA regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to coach, counsel, and train team members.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Required Experiences
- High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to various locations.
