Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Ensure compliance with company HR and safety policies, federal, and state laws.
- Serve as primary compliance representative for store operations.
- Communicate HR and safety practices to team members and management.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Monitor safety programs and employee relations, including investigations.
2. Required Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
