Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Oversee corporate compliance strategies and risk assessments.
- Maintain the Company Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Manage the Regulation 9 Review Program and corporate-wide risk.
- Train staff on regulatory and policy changes.
- Support internal auditors and chair the Risk Committee.

- High degree of confidentiality.
Required Experiences
- College degree in accounting (CPA preferred).
- Some experience in public accounting, preferably in audit areas.
