- Oversee the Safety Management Quality Assurance program and develop action plans.
- Prepare and monitor the regional operating budget, mentoring team leaders.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and performance appraisal processes.
- Deliver strategic and operational presentations on risk management topics.
