Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Prepare and analyze management information (MI)
- Partner with Area Managers for P&L reviews
- Create financial KPIs
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations
- Develop new processes with Financial Controller and Head of Finance
- Supervise and mentor a management accountant
- Assist in the annual audit process
Required Skills:
- Xero Finance Package
- Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot tables)
- Communication skills
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar multi-site role
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or working towards it
