Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing for technical support.
- Reproduce technical issues and explore Datadog's integrations.
- Lead product demos as a certified specialist.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams.
- Train in specific Datadog product areas.
- Visit Datadog office 3-5 days/week.
