Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Respond to compliance reports and inquiries.
- Support and coordinate compliance training programs.
- Investigate and report on noncompliance allegations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams on risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain compliance documentation and databases.
- Assist with compliance communication materials and employee inquiries.

2. Required Skills:
- Effective communication and analytical abilities.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to analyze data.

3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in compliance, legal, or audit.
- Alternatively, no experience required with an advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPA).
