Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Direct and oversee Professional Consultants and Equipment Suppliers during design.
- Review and approve consultant invoices and equipment submittals.
- Ensure design standards align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team on budgets and schedules.
- Lead the consultant team in developing project documentation.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor relationships and communicate project status.
- Monitor project timelines and expenses.
- Tour project sites and engage in client meetings.
- Mentor preconstruction staff and represent the company in technical meetings.
Required Skills:
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor’s degree)
- Professional license (AIA/RA, PE preferred)
- Design experience (5-10 years in complex projects)
- Project management
- Interpretation of design drawings and specifications
- Data center concept development
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, security, fire systems
- Proficient in CAD/BIM (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit)
- Financial acumen
- Relationship-building and communication

Required Experiences:
- 10+ years significant experience (or professional license)
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Accommodation of client design standards in documentation
