Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and implement consumer-specific business risk procedures.
- Assess and improve controls across consumer business lines.
- Provide guidance on risk mitigation and control enhancement.
- Act as a liaison between business and compliance teams regarding regulatory changes.
- Support change management for new regulations and products.
- Create and maintain risk and compliance project reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer lending regulations and trends.
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business or Finance).
- 8-10 years in financial services with a focus on audit, risk management, or compliance.
- Large-bank experience (> $10B) preferred, with knowledge of CFPB expectations.
- Current Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification preferred.
