Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage configuration and enhancement of Affinaquest/Salesforce.
- Design data integrity strategies and manage user requests.
- Develop and maintain SQL processes for data insights.
- Maintain and update code/configuration, troubleshoot issues.
- Streamline patient data processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Assist in system updates and migrations.
- Troubleshoot applications and manage user accounts.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Administration Certification (preferred)
- SQL database reporting tools
- Microsoft Excel and Access
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Data automation (Python, R, SQL, Apex)
- Reporting tools (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau)
- API and integration knowledge
Required Experiences
- 5 years in CRM system administration (salesforce or similar)
- Experience in academic, research, healthcare, non-profit, or fundraising environments
