Required Skills:

- GIS product knowledge.
- Technical experience with programming languages (C#, .NET) and MS SQL Server.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in project management.
- Experience with GIS products.
- Background in utilities, energy, oil/gas, or related industries is a plus.
