Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage a team of Analysts providing 24x7 customer support.
- Identify and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with the Service Desk.
- Provide advanced application troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Analyze clinical needs and create application documentation and test scripts.
- Oversee implementation of application enhancements and participate in go-lives.
Required Skills
- Epic certification in Epic Inpatient Procedure Orders.
- IT troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business/clinical needs.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, specifically in pulmonary and neurology (desired).
Required Experiences
- Management experience of IT professionals in a healthcare setting.
- Experience supporting physician and nursing leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
