Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Identify, assess, control, and monitor operational risks in Payment Services.
- Provide governance and oversight for issue management process.
- Conduct impact assessments and root cause analysis for identified issues.
- Support risk management practices within business operations.
- Facilitate risk initiative installation and manage the GRC framework.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software packages.
- Advanced understanding of payments operations, risks/controls, and compliance.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance.
